Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may take longer. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping – Delivery within 3–7 business days (EU).

  • Premium / Express Shipping – Delivery within 1–3 business days (EU).

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, location, and order weight. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Items
PulseLight is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at PulseLight@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if applicable.

International Shipping
For shipments outside the European Union, delivery times may take longer due to customs and international shipping processes. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
